We are able to keep our services affordable because we build packages around only those services you need. From time to time, circumstances dictate those additional charges may apply.
Charges that may be required of you, but not included in packages:
- Cremation Permit (cost varies by county of death)
- After-hours transfer from hospital or facility ($175)
- Private home transfer ($175 at any time)
- Federal Holiday Transport Fee ($150)
- Medical Examiner fees (signing, transport)
- Mileage (25 transport miles are included, additional miles are $5 one way)
- Certified Death Certificates ($20 for first copy, $3 for each additional
- Newspaper notice (not required by law)
- Insurance Assignment/Paperwork filing fee ($150)
- Additional trips to Medical Examiners’ offices ($75/trip)
- Cemetery Burial/Committal ($175)
- Memorial Tribute Video (limit 125 pictures) ($195)

*Services provided outside of normal business hours (M-F 8am-5pm) will result in $ 175 additional fees. Transfer of deceased requiring more than two staff members (extraordinary location, environment or size of deceased) is additional $175. T19 eligibility is not guaranteed, and denial of application will result in out of-pocket expenses to family. Insurance assignments available for qualifying insurance policies, fee of $150 applies. No substitutions or deletions are allowed in package.
